Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or offshore islands.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Total Delivery Time is calculated as Handling Time plus Transit Time.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM local business time.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable domestic carriers, including FedEx and UPS.
The carrier used may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become available.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to assist with the claim.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 9 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 9 hours, if cancellation is still possible, a 5 percent cancellation fee based on the product price will apply.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
