Return & Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing
  • Items that do not meet your expectations (size, color, or personal preference)

All approved returns will be provided with a return shipping label.

You may request a size or color exchange once per order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for non-defective items.

For items that are defective or damaged due to our error, we will cover all return and shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will apply for non-defective returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Gift cards and other non-returnable merchandise

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please:

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item

We aim to process all requests within 3 business days of receiving your information.

Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will provide a return label and cover all shipping costs for replacement or refund.

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
