Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and those placed before 2:00 PM EST on weekdays are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 5–7 business days, though this may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather or peak-season volume.
Shipping is simple and affordable, with a flat-rate fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of the size or weight. Customers receive a tracking number via email once the package ships, allowing them to monitor its progress. 7dayfits uses reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Return Policy Summary – If Something’s Not Right:
7dayfits accepts returns only in specific cases, such as receiving the wrong item, incorrect size or color, or if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with fit/style, or if the correct item was sent.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must provide:
- Full name (as on the order)
- Order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence (showing the damaged area, size tag, and full front/back of the item)
Requests without complete photo documentation will be automatically rejected.
If approved:
- A replacement will be shipped at no cost (if available)
- If out of stock, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method
Items are not eligible for return if:
- The return request is made after 30 days
- There’s missing or incomplete photo evidence
- The damage was caused by misuse, washing, or wear and tear
- The item is returned without prior authorization
